Shay started at Salon 101 in August of 2024
She has spent the last 20 years working in Customer Service
and goes above & beyond when taking care of our clients.
In her time away from the Salon Shay enjoys music, loves to read and
most of all Shay loves being a Mom to her 2 sweet babies

Ashley was born & raised in Eastern NC. She is originally
from Goldsboro NC and for the last 8 years her home has
been right here in Swansboro. She has been in the hair
industry for 20 years after graduating from
Mitchell’s Hair Academy and has been
with Salon 101 for 5 years.
Ashley prides herself in her work and it shows greatly in her

Ashley was born & raised in Eastern NC. She is originally

Ashley prides herself in her work and it shows greatly in her
layered cuts, blonding & grey blending services,
men’s cuts, and her dimensional coloring services.
In her free time she enjoys time spent with her 2 daughters ages 22 & 10 and her 2 year old son. She also enjoys baking & cooking as well as arts & crafts

Michelle has been with Salon 101 for 4 years and in the hair industry for 29. She graduated from Capri Institute in New Jersey.
Michelle always strives to please all her clients and loves doing haircuts & foiling techniques
In Michelle’s free time she likes to travel, go to the beach, spend time with her family, & thoroughly enjoys doing home decor things

Rosa was born and raised right here in Carteret County
She completed the Cosmetology Program at
Carteret Community College & has been a Hair Stylist for 10 years.
Rosa started with Salon 101 3 ½ years ago & has since
then specialized in Perms & Roller Sets.
Rosa takes pride in making her clients feel right
at home and being sure that they

Miller Motte’s Cosmetology Program in 2016.
She started with Salon 101 in August of 2024 and has been such a great addition to our team.
Mady shows passion in all of her work and is always very informative
& forthcoming with all of her knowledge.
Mady specializes in Blonding & Fashion Colo
Mady is native of Onslow County and Graduated from
Miller Motte’s Cosmetology Program in 2016.
She started with Salon 101 in August of 2024 and has been such a great addition to our team.

In her free time she loves being with her family, crafting
& spending time out on the water or sitting at the beach.
